Vehicle was ready as agreed and fully cleaned etc. Service provided a full video report and, even though it is a Lease vehicle, the information is useful to have to be able to plan service/tyre wear ahead.

The service was under the 5 year service pack but I also had a slight problem with the service indicator computer.. i agreed to pay if it took a long time however when collecting the car I was told it was sorted without charge.. First class service

The personnel I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Also, the MOT was carried out expeditiously.

Sales man near the coffee area could see I was on the phone with my child's school and he brought over 5 people (who were his friends by the look of things), sat directly next to me and starting laughing very loud.
Our car was collected from our home and delivered back to us at the times advised when booking the car in for a service which meant we were able to easily plan our day around those times.
Staff are always pleasant and accommodating
The car was returned 2 hrs late from a service. Service team did keep me informed and apologised. I was encouraged to have a petrol treatment which I agreed to but assume was not done as it was not on the invoice.
The car was collected and delivered back and the standard of work was excellent. However the car was returned a day later than advised and the courtesy car was manual transmission - OK with me but nobody checked first if I was licensed to drive one.
I like detailing
I am a qualified motor vehicle technician and keep and analyse my paperwork following services. At my recent service my car had a red warning for leaking diff output seals. This was not mentioned at previous visits I have examined car hardly a leak

Only phoned at 6pm to say car was ready and that you closed at 6.30pm. I live about 30 mins away so everything had to be rushed.
Initially the service was extremely poor. After 3 weeks of having my car with zero results the case was progressed on to Patrick to deal with. The service I then received was dramatically improved but with some further issues

I went back to Tim Tansley from whom I'd bought my previous BMW, and bought the next one from him. He is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, giving us plenty of time to explain the various features on the car.

The salesman Dan knew the answers to all my questions showed me the functions on my new car and even put a new BMW golf umbrella in the boot for me. Which I thought was a lovely touch.
