Overall everything very good, can be a bit frustrating having to go through reception with questions for the mechanic but otherwise good service experience

All good, except that I would have liked to be told in advance that my car could have been collected from home. On the day of the service, my wife had to change her plans so that she could pick me up in her car.

The fault was fixed efficiently and thoroughly, with brand new spare parts, and I was provided with a free courtesy car in the meantime.
Service was good, but the 07:00 opening was not the time the dealer opened, he was later than that

If item proved not to be under warranty then charge was repeatedly stated as £95. At collection I was advised that charge was £165. No prior warning. After discussion price revised back to £95.

Broad Oak Ashford always provide outstanding customer service.
The garage was incapable of recognising that its tyre pressure gauge was not reading correctly. Had to return to the garage twice because the newly fitted winter tyres were under-inflated and fault messages kept coming up.
New car breaking down three hours after leaving the showroom with a flat battery took the edge off the transaction. Had to call out emergency service then take the car back for a battery replacement the next day. Shouldn't happen to an £80k car
