I am a qualified motor vehicle technician and keep and analyse my paperwork following services. At my recent service my car had a red warning for leaking diff output seals. This was not mentioned at previous visits I have examined car hardly a leak

the car was in your premises for nearly three days, it should have been no more than half a day. I feel that the work was given a low priority.

Only phoned at 6pm to say car was ready and that you closed at 6.30pm. I live about 30 mins away so everything had to be rushed.
Initially the service was extremely poor. After 3 weeks of having my car with zero results the case was progressed on to Patrick to deal with. The service I then received was dramatically improved but with some further issues

Great service although a service element was not updated so the cae had to return to the garage for it to be reset. This was done very quickly and without too much inconvenience to me.

We had the camera eye fitted but none of the BMW staff seemed to be aware that the USB connector was supplied with the pack.

When I arrived they had no paperwork for my car despite calling me the night before to confirm. I had to wait around while they found the booking. The lady didn't know how to access the price and had to find someone to help
Last year I was disappointed. This year everything was excellent.
Although everything was completed, I was annoyed that all the required parts had not been delivered and the car had to be kept a further day. This was despite it being booked in properly and the work agreed in advance.
We bought a BMW from Tim Tansley at Broad OAK late last year. I told him I wanted an X3 but wasn't sure what I wanted in it or when. Recently, Tim sent me a video of a car that was in the showroom. It was exactly right! Perfect Customer Service
Mike Harkin was the sales rep and was fantastic from initial call to collection of my new car
The salesman Dan knew the answers to all my questions showed me the functions on my new car and even put a new BMW golf umbrella in the boot for me. Which I thought was a lovely touch.
The Sales Manager, Mike was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and communicated throughout the process. BMW Broad Oak staff are all knowledgeable and welcoming.
